    Right to cancellation

    You have the right to cancel the purchase of goods from our online shops within fourteen days without the need to specify the reasons.

    The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you that is not the shipper has taken possession of the last goods.

    Here's how it works:

    • To exercise your right to cancellation, inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract within the aforementioned cancellation period by means of a clear declaration:

    You can use the our sample cancellation form to do this, but this is not mandatory.

    You send the goods back to us:

    • You shall send the goods immediately, but at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.
    • Make sure that the goods are well-packaged in order to avoid damage during shipping.
    • You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

    Our tip: document the condition of the goods during packaging as well as the packaged package.

    Goods Verification

    Once the goods reach our warehouse, we immediately check your return for damage.

    Goods undamaged - everything is OK!

    • If the goods are undamaged, we inform our Accounting Department to release the payment.
    • You will receive the full value of the goods back.

    Goods damaged - not OK

    • If the goods reach our warehouse damaged, we will contact you.
    • You must only pay for any loss of value of the goods if this can be attributed to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and function of the goods.

    Our return payment to you

    • If the goods are undamaged, we will refund you the full purchase price within 14 days from receipt of the goods at the warehouse.
    • We will use the same method of payment for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
    • Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

    What you have to pay:

    • Return shipping costs: usually 3-6 euro using DHL/Hermes for standard goods
    • For bulky goods: it may be more expensive. The dealer must inform you of the amount beforehand
    • Compensation for lost value: only if you have damaged the goods beyond what was necessary for inspection
